Engagement.

By accepting a digital proposal or initiating a project, you agree to these terms. Moiz Khan operates as an independent Shopify Developer Partner.

• Scope: Services are strictly limited to the technical deliverables outlined in your specific project proposal.
• Ghost Protocol: For agency partners, I maintain 100% confidentiality and will not contact end-clients directly without authorization.
• Timeline: Completion dates are estimates. Delays in asset provision or feedback from the client will result in adjusted launch dates.

To ensure project momentum and resource allocation, the following payment terms apply:

• Initial Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to activate any project sprint.
• Final Settlement: The remaining 50% is due upon "Ready to Launch" status, before store ownership transfer or password removal.
• Retainers: Growth Partner fees are billed in advance on the 1st of every month.

Rights to the final design and custom code are transferred to the client upon full payment of the project fee. Moiz Khan retains the right to display non-white-label work in his portfolio.
