01. Activation Deposits

To initiate any project sprint (New Build, Redesign, or Migration), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • The deposit secures your spot in my development queue and covers initial discovery, auditing, and strategy efforts.
  • Once the discovery call has been completed or design work has commenced, the deposit cannot be refunded.

02. Milestone & Final Payments

Final payments (the remaining 50%) are due upon reaching "Ready to Launch" status.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed work that meets the technical requirements outlined in the project proposal.
  • If a project is terminated by the client before completion, the client is responsible for paying for all work hours completed up to that point.

03. Growth Partner Retainers

For ongoing monthly partnerships:

  • Retainers are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
  • Cancellations require a 30-day written notice via email or Slack.
  • Unused development hours in a retainer do not "roll over" to the next month unless previously agreed upon in writing.

04. Exceptions & Disputes

I strive for 100% satisfaction. If you feel the project is not meeting the technical standards promised, please contact me directly to discuss a remediation plan. We will always aim for a fair resolution before any final termination of agreement.
